13th NYC Bike Expo 2025 held May 16-17
Exhibitors get to showcase their products and interact with riders
New York City, November 19, 2024 –NYC Bike Expo returns for its 13th annual edition. The road cycling show will attract more than 10,000 visitors who are avid road cyclists, endurance athletes and cycling fans. Exhibitors will showcase products such as bike components, bike brands, and cycling events. Past endemic exhibitors include BMC, Ekoï, Specialized, Pinarello, Campagnolo, ELITE, Limar, Cannondale, Pissei, Vittoria and many more.
NYC Bike Expo serves as mandatory in-person packet pick up for the riders competing at the Michelob ULTRA GFNY World Championship NYC and the pro cyclists competing at the Gran Premio New York City UCI pro race. The expo also attracts over thousands of non-GFNY participants and is open to the public and free admission.
“There are a lot less opportunities these days for exhibitors to showcase their offerings to riders in-person,” says GFNY Founder Lidia Fluhme. “Yet, those in-person experiences are invaluable for companies and brands to interact with their customers.”
Fluhme adds: “Not only do the prospective customers get to touch and feel the products. Moreso, the exhibitors have the heart on the pulse of the scene because they get to talk to the riders directly. As GFNY, we never miss an opportunity to promote our events at other events because it’s THE best way to get an insight of what riders want.”
The expo will again be held in Fort Lee, NJ, where it will be located directly at the centre of the GFNY and GPNYC Headquarters during race week. Visitors and exhibitors alike praise the easy access: the expo offers ample, affordable parking nearby and city tolls are avoided. Furthermore, it’s right at America’s most-travelled bike route on Hudson Terrace in Fort Lee, NJ. The expo will be integrated with race HQ activities and in close proximity to the start/finish point of the pre-race group rides.
Exhibitors have the option to exhibit 2 or 3 days. The pre-race expo lasts 2 days: Friday & Saturday, May 16-17. There is an additional, optional exhibition day on race day, Sunday, May 18.
Exhibitors can choose to be in the official expo tent or reserve a space in front of the tent. The latter is particularly attractive for self supported exhibitors and those with a smaller budget. The outdoor expo space also allows for trailers and other non-traditional set-ups.
Exhibitors are invited to contact Santiago at to reserve booth space. The first early bird price tier ends on November 30.
